Keep active with the Bovey Tracey Walkers

We are a friendly group of ramblers based in Bovey Tracey, consisting mainly of retired folk. We have been successfully running a year round programme of walks for many years, on Dartmoor and the surrounding areas.

Walks are approximately every 5 days rather than set days of the week which makes it easier for people to fit in with their other commitments. Attendances on walks generally range from 6 to 17. The shorter walks are 5 to 6 miles and alternate with the longer walks up to 12 miles.

We stop for coffee and later to eat our sandwiches, though some walks finish with an optional pub lunch. We welcome newcomers to our group.
