Local Independent Yarn Shop Celebrates New Era Welcoming New Owner

After an amazing 12 years running award-winning local yarn shop Spin A Yarn, known as one of the best yarn shops in the UK, founder Joyce is looking forward to a well-earned retirement and handing the reins of the business to new owner, Trish Flemen.
A goodbye party was held with many tearful goodbyes from customers, many of whom have supported the shop from the start and benefited from the huge sense of community and friendships which have been built in the shop.
Joyce will be missed but new owner Trish is looking forward to building on Joyce’s success and plans to continue many of the much-loved aspects of the shop, such as the programme of workshops run by expert teachers and designers, plus the shop’s generous Loyalty Card scheme.
