Roast Pepper and Chicken Pasta Bake: WeightWatchers Recipe

Sizzling isn't always the word for the British Summer! However with the help of the Discover plan from Weight Watchers your taste buds will be sizzling with wonderful flavours whilst you stay on track to discovering your summer shape. Try this recipe, it's delicious!

Roast Pepper and Chicken Pasta Bake
15 minutes to prepare 35 minutes to cook Serves 1

 

  • Preheat the oven to gas mark 4/180/160 fan
  • Add 60g (2oz) dried pasta shells to a pan of boiling water and boil for five minutes.
  • Drain and place in a bowl with half a 300g tub weightwatchers Roasted Red Pepper sauce
  • Add 100g (3oz) boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped into chunks, 2 spring onions, trimmed and chopped and half a red pepper, deseeded and chopped.
  • Season to taste and then transfer to an oven proof dish.
  • Sprinkle over 25g (1oz) of reduced fat mature cheese, grated.
  • Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes. 

 

Top tip: If you like a bit of spice add a pinch of dried chilli flakes to the sauce or stir in some black olives.
