Chagford Singers are pleased to announce that we will be meeting to sing again on Wednesday evenings from September 8th, 7.30 p.m. in Jubilee Hall under the direction of our new Musical Director, the young and very talented Daniel Maw. We are a friendly, non-audition SATB choir, singing mainly sacred but also secular works. This term we will be preparing for a Christmas concert in St. Michael’s Church, Chagford, singing carols and Messiah choruses, on Saturday, 11th December (Covid permitting). All are welcome to join us. We believe strongly that singing together is good for health and well-being so, if you’ve ever considered singing in a choir, or are a seasoned choral singer, come along and see what we are about.
